Born in Srinagar, Moris Adam began writing code at fourteen — building websites and apps from books when the internet was barely a luxury in the Valley. By twenty-two, he had founded Kashmir's first horizontal e-commerce marketplace, Koshur Store, and became the youngest self-made millionaire in Jammu & Kashmir.

Today he leads Scaled Holdings, a multi-sector conglomerate spanning ISP & connectivity (ViberNet), SaaS & ERP for education (NXGCodes / OpenLoop), real estate (Shahmiri Residency), architecture, aviation (ShahAir), premium rentals (Shahmiri Luxe), healthcare, and marketing (Marketing Pulse).
